Qualifications: Education: Graduation from high school or equivalentEducation: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university; experience in the following (or closely related) fields may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis: information security, information technology, network management, systems analysis, system design and development, technical leadership, or managementExperience: Four (4) or more years of full-time experience in technical leadership or management roles supporting enterprise DevOps, CI/CD platforms, or secure software delivery pipelines.Demonstrated experience leading teams responsible for the ongoing management and enhancement of enterprise-level environments, ensuring alignment with service-level objectives and organizational priorities.Familiarity with project management methodologies (eg Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) to support team workload planning and prioritization, coordination of support and enhancement efforts, and communication of project status.Experience overseeing production support, incident response, and system health monitoring in mission-critical environments.Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure and technologies (such as AWS, Azure, Salesforce), including experience with platform services like database automation and CRM deployment tooling.Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations relevant to information technology and of the principles and practices of public administration and managementSkill in developing and implementing operational plans and programsSkill in effective team managementSkill in giving and following technical instructionsSkill in planning and organizing work to meet goals and complete multiple assignments on aggressive timelines without compromising accuracySkill in using a computer for word-processing and data entry/retrievalSkill in handling multiple tasks, prioritizing, and meeting deadlinesSkill in effective communicationAbility to exercise judgment and make strategic decisions in a rapidly changing environmentAbility to learn new technologies and concepts quicklyAbility to establish program goals and objectives that support the strategic planAbility to identify problems, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutionsAbility to develop and evaluate policies, procedures, and prepare reportsAbility to receive and respond positively to constructive feedbackAbility to work cooperatively with others in a professional environmentAbility to work in person at an OAG work location, if neededAbility to arrange for personal transportation for business-related travel, if neededAbility to work more than 40 hours as needed and in compliance with the FLSAAbility to lift and relocate 10 lbs.Ability to travel up to 5%PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience working in or with public sector
